A beautiful luxurious modern lodge with an open plan design, sleeping up to 5 guests* in 3 bedrooms & 3 en-suite bathrooms.
Two of the en-suite bedrooms are on the ground floor, there is a third en-suite bedroom with a single bed on the first floor, please note, there is restrive height under the eaves!
‘Kings Lodge’ is in the heart of the Norfolk countryside just minutes away from the heart of the beautiful Norfolk Broads. The property is situated within the owners’ grounds but retains full privacy with a spacious & secure garden, ideal for families with small children or pets. As with all of our properties in Neatishead there is a large lawned garden with patio areas and garden furniture is provided and a Hot Tub for your party to enjoy.
This property has 2 ground floor bedrooms with en-suite facilities, making an ideal choice for any guests wishing to avoid steps or stairs, and a single bedroom on the first floor. Please note that the single bedroom on the first floor does have vaulted ceiling with restrictive height under eaves!
This is beautiful cottage is great for families to use as a base for exploring the wonderful Norfolk Broads and Coast. Whatever your interest, fishing, birdwatching, wildlife spotting or enjoying time in a boat, you will find that this property is in the ideal spot.

Lounge/diner – with Freeview TV, DVD player, CD player/iPod dock and French doors leading to decking area

First floor accommodation:-
Bedroom 3 – Single bed with en-suite bath & toilet facilities (restricted head high due to low eaves!)

5* Accomodation in beautiful grounds in a lovely part of Norfolk. The property is just perfect, everything you need and all finished to a really high standard. We stayed over Christmas and enjoyed every second of the hot tub. The whole plot is fenced off which is perfect for those with dogs or young children. Plenty of parking space too.
Debbie met us upon arrival and gave us all the information we needed to have the perfect, relaxing, family holiday. Some great walks on the doorstep and lots to do around and about. Looking at the seals on the local beach was lovely and the City centre (Norwich) isn’t too far away which is worth a trip to.
