A beautiful luxurious modern lodge with an open plan design, sleeping up to 5 guests* in 3 bedrooms & 3 en-suite bathrooms.
Two of the en-suite bedrooms are on the ground floor, there is a third bedroom with a single bed on the first floor, but we would suggest that this is more suitable to a child as there is restrive height under the eaves.
‘Kings Lodge’ is in the heart of the Norfolk countryside just minutes away from the heart of the beautiful Norfolk Broads. The property is situated within the owners’ grounds but retains full privacy with a spacious & secure garden, ideal for families with small children or pets. As with all of our properties in Neatishead there is a large lawned garden with patio areas and garden furniture is provided and a Hot Tub for your party to enjoy.
The barn has ground floor bedrooms and bathrooms, making an ideal choice for any guest wishing to avoid steps or stairs. Every bedroom offers an en-suite. The barn boasts three bedrooms, two bedrooms being on ground floor, and one at first floor, having vaulted ceiling (restrictive height under eaves), the accommodation is perfect for maximum of four guests only.
This is beautiful riverside cottage is great for families to use as a base for exploring the wonderful Norfolk Broads and Coast. Whatever your interest, fishing, birdwatching, wildlife spotting or enjoying time in a boat, you will find that this property is in the ideal spot.

5* Accomodation in beautiful grounds in a lovely part of Norfolk. The property is just perfect, everything you need and all finished to a really high standard. We stayed over Christmas and enjoyed every second of the hot tub. The whole plot is fenced off which is perfect for those with dogs or young children. Plenty of parking space too.
Debbie met us upon arrival and gave us all the information we needed to have the perfect, relaxing, family holiday. Some great walks on the doorstep and lots to do around and about. Looking at the seals on the local beach was lovely and the City centre (Norwich) isn’t too far away which is worth a trip to.
